GDPR

You can enable or disable the GDPR consent feature from the KAYO back office by navigating to Leadgen → GDPR.

GDPR Section

KAYO's GDPR feature allows you to:

  • Complete your company's information in KAYO's default privacy policy, or
  • Replace it with your own privacy policy content.

When the feature is enabled, the privacy notice is displayed in the KAYO App before contact information is collected, allowing you to obtain the user's consent along with a timestamp of their decision.

If the end customer declines the privacy policy, the user must tap "I do not accept", and the application will return to the beginning of the lead capture process.
