How to Assign a Lead to Another Collaborator

You can configure lead assignment to team members directly from the qualification form in Konnect.

In each qualification form, add the preconfigured field named "Team Member".

In the KAYO App, this field is displayed as "Assign the contact to a team member", or automatically translated into the selected language of the app.

This is an autocomplete field. The list of available team members includes only those assigned to the current project (see the Teams section), not all team members available in the Team Members module.
